Beza Zenebe is Upturn’s Operations Associate. She works alongside its Operations Director to advance the organization’s administrative functions and development. Previously, Beza worked at the Foundation for Civic Leadership—a nonpartisan nonprofit—and Blue Haven Initiative, a family-led impact investing office. She is dedicated to supporting mission-driven teams and strengthening their development and organizational management.
Beza graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Computational Social Sciences.
